Please make a donation to the Sluice Pond Restoration and Community Education Project. In addition to safely treating the weeds, we are planning Water Safety and Neighborhood Crime Watch programs. We have received our tax exempt status and your donations will be acknowledged by letter. We have raised $3,000 as which are used as private matching funds for government support from your membership dues and contributions. Thank you.
$20,000 was awarded to Lynn by the state legislature for weed treatment at Sluice Pond in 2007 and again in 2008. The turtles and wildlife will be safe for this year and swimmers no longer face danger of drowning from weed entanglement. More funds are needed for long term weed maintenance. PayPal is a secure way to put your contribution on any major credit card.
